This apartment is a very nice and cozy one bedroom (39 square meters - 420 square feet) located on the left bank of the Seine river just next to the Invalides. It has been fully and newly renovated with great care and is dedicated to weekly rentals.

Situated close to the Esplanade des Invalides you are also only a 5 minutes walk from the famous rue Cler market. You can also see the Eiffel tower when you are walking in the street.
The apartment (39 square meters - 420 square feet) is located in a charming XIXth Century Parisian building, equipped with an elevator/lift. The very quiet bedroom (with a Queen size bed) is situated on the courtyard side of the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, 1 toilet, washbasin and a towel heater. You will also find a washing machine and a dryer. The living room and the fully equipped kitchen are located on the street side. A sofa bed will allow you to have a third person (or two children) sleeping in the apartment.
To ensure your comfort, the apartment has central heating and fans for the summer.
The apartment is equipped with a flat screen color TV with cable in the living room, and a phone that can call anywhere and a high-speed Internet connection (WIFI). The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, juice maker, coffee maker, toaster, iron and all utensils necessary for cooking and eating.

• Computer and Internet Access

WIFI is available and included in the rental of this apartment. We also provide a computer (PC) for your use, however, you are welcome to bring your own laptop and we will help you connect it.

• What We Offer Our Guests

We will be at hand to meet and settle you into the apartment, answer questions and help out in any way we can. We can make restaurant, theater and activity reservations and recommendations. As we live in Paris we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests.

The rental price is all inclusive, including a computer with high-speed internet access, all electricity and heating charges, sheets, bathrobes, towels, liquid soap and staples in the kitchen (salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar and more).

The guests have full access to the apartment which is entirely dedicated to short term rentals.

A cross between culture, art, fashion and gastronomy, this exceptional location offers an incredible variety of activities within a very short walking distance. The apartment is less than 10 minutes from the prestigious Champs Elysees, and an equal 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the lovely rue Cler pedestrian market street, the Bon Marché department store and the heart of St Germain des Pres, a truly authentic Parisian neighborhood.

As the apartment is equipped for cooking, you can explore the incredible markets and delicatessen shops nearby but also treat yourself to French cuisine with a large selection of restaurants, from the very fancy Arpège (chef Alain Passar) just on the corner to the typical little bistrot Café du Marché on rue Cler !

The apartment is located close to several Metro stations (Tour Maubourg, Invalides and Ecole Militaire) and across from a bus 69 stop (Saint-Pierre du Gros Caillou).

There's also several public parking where you could eventually park your car.
